    I placed an order on November 14th but since then only bad information came into my mailbox.
    For some unknown reasons the shipment got stuck somewhere and I wasn't able to get any information since then whether I will ever receive my order or note. I sent emails to hair fuel, I sent emails to UPS. Nobody can give a reasonable information about the case. I don't know what the problem is with the shipment and I never experienced such difficulties with anything purchased online. Even if it was ordered in China. I am ready to update my review if this gete solved but I don't it will be the case. Was so excited to try the hair mask but unfortunately it turned out very disappointing.

    I have liked using this product. I haven’t been measuring my hair growth or necessarily seen hair growing back in thinning areas as it only has been 6 weeks. However, I do shed less and my hair seems healthier. I do recommend doing their hair growth calendar as I have learned a lot about healthy hair. They have a lot of great resources beyond their product. They have never responded to my inquiries like they said they would do but it is just hair questions and nothing do with customer service of the product. I will continue to use the mask for 6 months and see if it helps my hairline.
